Marilou Agliam

Marilou is an experienced accounting and audit professional with over 15 years of experience. She has a solid background working for one of the big 4 accounting firms, where she specialized in audit and advisory services for clients across different industry sectors including but not limited to manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical, not for profit organizations, banking/insurance, power, property, retail and logistic industries.

In addition to her audit experience, she has significant exposure to finance outsourcing environment, having spent almost 4 years as a director of a finance outsourcing company in the Philippines. Marilou led a team of more than 30 accountants providing variety of services from bookkeeping to financial reporting.

Marilou has also worked in the private industry as a financial controller and statutory accountant, where she gained additional insights into financial reporting, monthly closing process, budgeting, forecasting as well as implementation of improved monitoring and control procedures across different regions.

Marilou’s experience in audit and accounting has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of complex accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. She has a proven track record of delivering high quality work, meeting tight deadlines, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
